Lanco, Godrej submit bids for 25-Megawatt Indian Solar Plant: reports(Maharashtra)

Reports stated that Maharashtra State Power Generation Company expects to award the engineering and construction contract for the plant this week.

 
 
 
 

Lanco Infratech Ltd. and Godrej Group are among nine companies that submitted bids to build a 25-megawatt solar power plant in India’s Maharashtra state, according to reports.

Reports stated that  Maharashtra State Power Generation Company expects to award the engineering and construction contract for the plant this week.

The bids, which were opened on Friday and are being evaluated,averaged about Rs90 mn per megawatt,says report.

There are also reports that Essel Group, Prithvi Group, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd. and IVRCL Ltd. also submitted bids.
