Titan Energy founder and Managing Director Rao Chodagam said the two firms
will jointly develop over 300 mw of solar power plants in India, in
addition to offering world class EPC and O&M services to independent power
developers.
The partnership is primarily for offering EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) services and developing solar power plants in the country, he said.
The arrangement would boost sale of Titan’s modules which would be used in the projects that are to be jointly executed, he added.
